Nestled in the serene and stylish dunes of Sylt, Hotel Duene is a peaceful and exclusive retreat where our team ensures that every guest feels right at home. As our Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be the central point of coordination for our cleaning team and property owners, ensuring seamless operations across hotel rooms, apartments, and holiday homes.
Your responsibilities:

Organising schedules and task assignments for housekeeping staff

Supervising and maintaining cleaning quality in hotel rooms, apartments, and holiday homes

Preparing cleaning plans for external service providers

Managing supply orders for cleaning products and linens

Acting as a personal point of contact for our apartment and home owners

Conducting on-site inspections using a company vehicle
What you bring:

Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or property management is an advantage

Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on attitude

Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented personality

Friendly, professional demeanor
