You will find a cash machine next to the Tourist Information Office.

Beach Towels
We are happy to provide each hotel guest with one beach towel for a deposit of €25.00. Please contact reception.
Bed Comfort
If your bed feels too firm, we will be happy to add a mattress topper for you. Please contact the front desk.
Breakfast
From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, hotel guests can enjoy our generous breakfast at the Coast restaurant. Dogs are welcome.
Guests in apartments can book breakfast for €28.00 per person/day.

Day Spa Rantum
Located at Strandweg 7, the Day Spa offers individually tailored wellness treatments including beauty services, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
Opening hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Departure
On the day of your departure, your room is available until 11:00 AM.
Do Not Disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room door.

You can access daily newspapers and magazines for free during your stay. Use the provided flyer or click the button.

Firewood
A sack of firewood is available at reception for €20.00.
Please never leave the fire unattended.

Guest Cards
You will need your guest card to access the beach and certain public facilities. Please carry it with you when leaving your room to avoid additional fees.

Housekeeping
If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door or inform reception.

Kitchen & Minibar (Room Fridge)
The drinks in your room are complimentary welcome beverages. For refills, please inform the reception. Additional drinks will be charged to your room.

Laundry Room
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the wellness area near the WC.
Each machine requires three 50-cent coins.
Linen Change
To request a bed linen change, place the designated card on your bed.
Towels left on the floor will be replaced; those hung on hooks will not.
Linen change for apartments and houses is available for an additional fee.

Stamped letters and postcards may be handed in at the reception. The postman will collect them.

Open from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Mondays from 9:00 AM).
Sauna & steam bath: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Restaurant Takeaway (for Guests)
Guests in apartments and hotel rooms can order from a dedicated takeaway menu provided by the Coast restaurant in Rantum.

Sky Sports
Available in hotel rooms on channel 15.
If not available, perform a channel search and leave the TV on channel 15 for approx. 15 minutes.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. An ashtray is available next to the wellness area entrance (beside the mailbox).
For garden suites, ashtrays are available upon request.
Storms & Wind
Coastal storms are common here. Please keep windows and patio doors securely closed to prevent damage.
Supermarket
Cross the street from the hotel, turn left after the small traffic light. The supermarket is on the right-hand corner.

Located at Strandweg 7. Offers information about the island and local attractions.
