Stay seven nights on Sylt, and you pay for six. The seventh night is free. This offer applies to all accommodations at the Hotel Duene in Rantum—from hotel rooms to vacation homes—at the rate for the booked category. So you save on one night’s stay. That’s about 14 percent of the total price.

That's how it works
You book seven nights in the room category of your choice. We won’t charge you for the seventh night. Here’s an example: A hotel room starts at 170 euros per night. Seven nights cost 1,190 euros. You pay 1,020 euros. You save 170 euros.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. Upon arrival, you will receive tourist tax cards for your stay, which will be charged to your hotel bill. Your room will be ready on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, please check out by 11:00 a.m.
Dogs are welcome in our hotel rooms and suites. The fee is 20 euros per day, and stays with dogs are only permitted by prior arrangement.

Rooms from 170 Euro
The rooms are located in the main building or above the Coast restaurant. They range in size from 19 to 26 square meters and feature a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Breakfast and access to the wellness area are included in the room rate. All rooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible via several steps.
Suites from 240 Euro
The suites are spread across two levels: the ground floor and the basement. They range in size from 43 to 55 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast and access to the wellness area are included. An additional guest costs 40 euros per day.
Apartments from 130 Euro
The apartments in Rantum feature a kitchenette and a separate living area. They are well-suited for longer stays and for guests who enjoy cooking for themselves. Depending on the apartment, access to a sauna or the hotel’s wellness area may be included. Some apartments allow dogs. Please ask specifically about the apartment you’re interested in.
Holiday Homes from 180 Euro
The holiday homes can accommodate up to six people and range in size from 86 to 200 square meters. Many have multiple bathrooms and a kitchen. Some feature a sauna, while others have a charging station for electric cars.
Residences from 130 Euro
The Residences are located right next to the hotel and have been open since June 2025. Depending on the unit, amenities include a terrace, a kitchenette, or an expanded minibar. A sauna, fitness area, daily housekeeping, and Wi-Fi are included with every reservation. You can add breakfast at the Coast restaurant: 25 euros per person per day if booked in advance, or 28 euros on-site, subject to availability.
Pair it with the surprise menu!
A seven-night stay qualifies you for the surprise menu at Restaurant Coast. The menu is complimentary for guests staying five nights or more. Beverages are not included. Holiday apartments are excluded from this offer.

In hotel rooms and suites, yes. For apartments, breakfast is only included in the price if the specific property offers it as part of the package. You’ll find this information on the category page. For residences, you can add breakfast for 25 euros per person per day. For vacation homes, it’s best to contact us directly.

Dogs are welcome in hotel rooms and suites for 20 euros per day, subject to prior arrangement. Some apartments and vacation homes also accommodate dogs. Please let us know your preference when you make your reservation.

On the day of your arrival, we guarantee your room will be available starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, please check out by 11:00 a.m.

We only accept cancellations in writing. You may cancel your reservation at the hotel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. Starting on the 28th day, a 30 percent cancellation fee applies; starting on the 21st day, 40 percent; starting on the 14th day, 50 percent; and starting on the 7th day, 80 percent.
